OUR STORY
SOBER CURIOSITY
"After years of mis-using alcohol, I realized there was no more room for this habit. It negatively impacted my sleep, relationships, physical and mental health.
The 'Sober Curious' and moderation movement are redefining social connection and uprooting drinking culture on a global scale; I am excited to be a part of the movement and continue to encourage this way of living. It's time we remove outdated, stigmatized labels like alcoholic, recovery, disease and anonymous and replace them with empowering words like alcohol-free, sober curious, non-drinker and clean drinker, so people can feel proud about their accomplishment or rebellious social nature by choosing not to drink." ~ Leanne
The name Solbrü was born out of the idea that a huge part of our story, behaviours and lifestyle, is greatly connected to our family and upbringing. Leanne's French and Austrian background is equally represented in the name; 'Sol' means ground in French and the German umlaut in 'brü' is connected to her Austrian roots.

OUR MISSION
REDUCE THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF DRINKING CULTURE
ADDICTION, HEALING & GROWTH
THE POWER OF CONNECTION
Solbrü will help reduce addiction stigma; so that we all feel safe to speak up about our
struggles with freedom and empowerment.
The opposite of addiction is connection and our healing journey
depends on the strength of our connection
to ourselves, our community and nature.
Our community evolution is based on the
idea that we support one another through
the good times and the bad; with love
and compassion - no matter the story.
